Within the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort Casino & Spa there are two 18-hole golf courses, 13 clay tennis courts, the hotel casino, restaurants, bars, and the new “It’s 5 O’clock Somewhere” Margaritaville oceanfront bar and grill. We also offer all inclusive packages , including the villa rental, a private chef, kitchen staff, groceries (villas do not include food), four golf carts, daily maid service, and government taxes.
PLEASE NOTE: This property is catered towards peaceful and relaxing families and groups since it is located in the residential part of the Río Mar. There is a local noise ordinance between 10 PM – 7 AM and there can be absolutely NO PARTIES. Violation of these rules can lead to guests being asked to leave without a refund.
