Fantastic place. Beautiful views. Spacious rooms, comfortable big beds, newly renovated bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen. The pools are amazing and the sand on the beach is so soft. We had a great time, and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Karli’s place is amazing! My husband, two young kids, and grandma stayed for a week and loved every second. The views are even better than the photos. We have stayed at many air B and Bs and Karli’s was by far our favorite. In addition to the beach and pools there is a rainforest 5 mins away. Guests also get to take advantage of the restaurants at the Wyndham resort next door but get to go back to a quiet and clean private home. If you are considering staying here, I would say book now before it’s too late. We are looking forward to coming back often!

This place is great (and spacious) and worked well for our five-person family. The setting is ideal. We loved just sitting on our balcony, having coffee and enjoying the ocean breeze and beautiful view. The complex has much to offer. There is so much entertainment within the resort—multiple pools right outside this condo plus access to neighboring hotel with large hot tubs, a pool with a swim up bar, and another with a water slide. The Condo is just as advertised. We got to enjoy all of the amenities of the resort when we wanted but could enjoy the uncrowded pools and separate beach for the condo residents. The Condo is great - plenty of space, great balcony views, easy to navigate parking, and a supplied kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was so nice. The location is quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful and great for long walks. We enjoyed the proximity to El Yunque and the Luquillo kiosks

My family had a fantastic 3 night stay at Karli’s. After spending time in a hotel in San Juan, it was so relaxing in the balconies, at the pools and hot tub, and at the beautiful beach. The grounds are very well kept. The condo Is very comfortable. The bedrooms are gorgeous. We cooked several meals and visited the resort and local restaurants - all delicious. The condo has everything you need for a long or short stay. I would definitely come back.

Karli's place is spacious, comfortable, well-furnished and in the perfect location! We enjoyed the beautiful views from every vantage point. To make the experience even better, Karli is an excellent host who was in constant contact and ensured we had everything we needed at every turn. We were 3 couples traveling together, and we will forever appreciate Karli's thoughtfulness in stocking the fridge for us given our super late arrival. It made a world of difference to us weary travelers. Hope you too get to enjoy Karli's hospitality!

We loved our stay here. Karli’s place’s pool is even better than the Wyndham’s, and much less crowded! We had it (and the hot tub) to ourselves during most of our visit. The beach is RIGHT THERE! All rooms had very comfortable beds and A/C units, with plenty of space to spread out. Comfy couch, large Roku TVs, and blackout blinds. Make sure you rent a car… and bring your tennis rackets or golf clubs! Thanks, Karli, for your hospitality.

Perfect location to split time between activites at El Yunque, Fajardo and Luquillo, with an easy 30-40 min drive to San Juan. The beach has breaking waves, but gentler than Isla Verde, great for boogie boards. The water is clear and you can see your toes. It is clean and safe. We enjoyed 2 mile early morning walks and relaxing evenings by the water.

Absolutely loved Karli’s beachfront condo, located in the Wyndham Rio Mar beach resort property. The place is right on the beach, overlooking palm trees, pools and ocean waves. More than enough room for a family of eight, with large bedrooms, living room and 3 decks! Although you have access to all resort restaurants and amenities, the condo has everything you need to cook up family meals. With proximity to El Yunque rain forest and others excursions (snorkeling, ATVs), you won’t have to travel far to experience PR activities. Thank you, Karli, for the hospitality, we will definitely be back.

Of all our stays on this trip, this was the best one. Beautiful place, very well stocked which is so helpful, very soft and clean sheets, great amount of space for our group of 8. Loved the views of mountains and beach and so nice to be walking distance to restaurants, bars and casinos. Karli was great, so quick to respond and very helpful when my daughter left something behind at checkout!! Location wonderful for many explorations and great proximity to airport. Would highly recommend!

Karli’s place was in a fantastic location, and she was a great host! It was wonderful having the resort amenities while also having the extra room and privacy of the villa. Karli was one of the best hosts I have had hands down. Our flight plans got messy, and she was extra accommodating and even had snacks available upon our arrival. I hope to come back and stay again!

The best part of our stay was the surprise grocery delivery. Reall was so welcome and unexpected. The place was modern and well appointeted. We will definitely stay again!!

Karli’s place is absolutely amazing! The recent rennovation and modern design, along with the new furniture, create a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen in fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedrooms are spacious and provide a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of the property is the three balconies, offering stunning views of the surroundings. Speaking of the views, the scenery from the Airbnb is simply breathtaking. Communication with Karli was seamless throughout our stay, and she went above and beyond to make our experience special. We were pleasantly surpised when she provided basic groceries, which was a thoughful gesture. Additionally, having access to the pools and restaurants at Wyndham added an extra level of convenience and enjoyment to our trip. Overall, our stay at Karli’s place was exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway.
